 Personal Information: Name, contact details, date of birth, and other identifying information.
 Health and Wellness Information: Details related to your health, fitness, and wellness goals, as necessary for providing our services.
 Payment Information: Billing details and payment methods for processing transactions.
 Communication Data: Information from communications between you and your coach, including emails, messages, and session notes.
3. How We Use Your Information
 Service Delivery: To provide, manage, and personalize our coaching services to meet your needs.
 Communication: To communicate with you about your coaching sessions, provide updates, and respond to inquiries.
 Billing: To process payments and manage your account.
 Improvement: To analyze and improve our services, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.
4. Disclosure of Your Information We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except as described below:
 Service Providers: Third-party service providers who assist in operating our services, subject to confidentiality agreements.
 Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights, comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
5. Data Security We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Terms & Conditions
The following represents the Contract between The Dr. Lonnie Marie Institute LLC and you, known as the “Client.” The Services contracted shall be that of educationally and/or sexuality coaching, as set out below ( Dr. Lonnie Marie Institute LLC). Please read it carefully and raise any questions or concerns that you have with me before agreeing to the contract. This agreement will begin upon acceptance by the Client and shall remain valid for the duration of the Client-Coach relationship.
The Contract shall be in force for a period totaling all sessions.
The duration of each scheduled session is 60 - 90 mintues.
Services
The services provided by the Dr. Lonnie Marie Institute LLC are generally conducted via telephone, Google Meet, Zoom, or in person. Sexuality coaching is a partnership focused on developing the client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities to help the client identify and achieve his/her instructional and/or sexuality and relationship-related goals. In coaching conversations, I will be direct and honest and encourage the Client to do the same. The success of the coaching engagement depends upon the Client’s commitment and openness to the process. If the Client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the Client agrees to communicate this to the Coach. Please note that sexuality coaching should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, sex therapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. Educationally coaching should not be used as a substitute for following your schools/districts mission, vision, and goals. I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
Terms of Coaching
I invite you to think of Coaching as a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time. However, refining and sustaining the change takes several sessions. Although not binding, I would ask that you expect our Coaching relationship to last at least three (3) sessions.
Confidentiality
The Dr. Lonnie Marie Institute LLC fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of the communications with its Clients. At no time will The Dr. Lonnie Marie Institute LLC voluntarily divulges the coaching relationship between themselves and their Clients without written permission from the Client(s) unless required by law.
My Coaching Commitment
 I will maintain a professional relationship with you at all times.
 I will always keep your interests above those of my own.
 I will maintain, guard, and guarantee your confidentiality.
 I will not offer unqualified medical advice, unqualified counseling, or unqualified psychotherapy to you in my duties as a sexuality coach.
 I will not overstep the administrative decisions.
 I will never do intentional harm to you.
 I will plan to develop a lasting relationship with you built on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and respect.
 I commit all my experience, energy, and focus to helping you achieve your educational goals and/or sexuality goals.
 I will communicate clearly.
 I respect your humanity.
 I expect success from every client I serve, and I will not be limited in my expectations by your past failures or past instruction/sexual experiences.
 I encourage my clients to believe in their abilities, set realistic goals, take action, and celebrate success.
 I understand that I am not a therapist, and there will be certain issues beyond my scope, and I will help you find the resources you need. - consider this clause if it applies to you.
 I will provide you with a safe and nurturing coaching experience that will empower my clients to express themselves without fear of judgment, criticism, or failure.
 All of the information that you share shall remain confidential.
 All notes will be kept in a safe and secure place.
Fees
Coaching fees are paid in advance of sessions. Payment for Coaching Sessions is to be made online through PayPal or in person through check or cash. If the client fails to pay any amount due 24 hours before the scheduled session, it may be canceled at the Coach’s discretion.

The Dr. Lonnie Marie Institute Coaching fees are non-refundable once coaching has commenced. Exception: For coaching packages longer than three sessions, if you decide within 48 hours after your first session that the coaching is not for you, I will refund all but the first session fees.
Coaching Sessions
At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to call the Coach at an agreed-upon number or log on to the preferred online form of communication. The Coach and client commit to starting and finishing each session on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is canceled, and the client will forfeit the session fee.
Cancellations
I ask that you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change the appointment time. I will make every effort as well, to reschedule sessions that are canceled in a timely manner. If a client does not cancel in a timely manner on a regular basis, I will need to end our coaching relationship. Cancellations (less than 24 hours before) and/or no‐show appointments are billed to the client for the full amount.
Termination of Services
Either Party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the client shall not be relieved of any obligations to pay fees due to The Dr. Lonnie Marie Institute LLC solely because of the termination of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL The Dr. Lonnie Marie Institute LLC BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.
Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Coach. The Coach shall not be held responsible and shall remain blameless for any adverse or other consequences, including but not limited to financial, personal, employment, or other losses, arising out of decisions or actions the Client may make as a result of the Services provided by the Coach.
